CONFIRMATION BIAS AND HOW TO DEFEAT IT .

First of all, let us start with the meaning of “Confirmation Bias". Confirmation Bias is the tendency for an individual or group of people to search for information that favors, interprets, or confirms their core belief system of a particular notion. An example of a confirmation bias is when a Nigerian broadcaster that goes by the name Daddy Freeze came up with his thesis on Christianity religion by saying “tithing is not a Christian principle and the real name of Christ is Yehoshua or Yeshua Hamasiach, not Jesus. He went further to establish his point with several biblical references coupled with historical analysis that the letter “J" was just invented 400 years ago into the English language. And Christ died 2000years+ ago. Many people including (Pastors, Christians,& some of his colleagues abused him and came up with sentiments, emotions, and biblical references that suit their bias, not the ones that are backed up with reliable evidence. He lost jobs & friendships due to this thesis that he brought up endorsed with facts from biblical references, history, and reality.
